Shipping policy

Complimentary UPS standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Processing and transit times are separate.

Delivery area and charges

Standard shipping is free with no minimum order value for eligible destinations. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO Boxes or international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding applicable fulfilment holidays. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders received after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated transit

UPS standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays. These estimates do not include processing time. Weather, carrier interruptions and peak periods may affect delivery.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders dispatch from Enchante, 4315 13th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219, United States. We send tracking information when your order ships. If your order has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number.

Delays and address changes

If we cannot meet the promised dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available delay or cancellation/refund options. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
