30-day mail returns on eligible items. No restocking fee. Contact us before sending a return.

Return window and item condition

Request and send an eligible return within 30 calendar days following delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have their original tags attached. Include proof of purchase. If our return instructions are delayed, we will reasonably extend the return deadline.

How to start a return

Email info@enchanteny.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions. Approved returns are mailed to Enchante, 4315 13th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219, United States. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.

Return postage and fees

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you purchase and pay for tracked return postage. There is no separate return-label fee and no restocking fee. Keep your postage receipt and tracking information.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. Where the return is our responsibility, we provide a prepaid label or reimburse necessary postage agreed in advance against a receipt. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not limit your applicable rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect it and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method. We refund the amount paid for the returned item and the applicable tax. Any original shipping charge actually paid is not refunded for an ordinary voluntary return. We do not deduct the original delivery cost from a free-shipping order. Issues for which we are responsible are handled appropriately.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. We will notify you when the refund is initiated.

Exchanges and cancellations

To change a size or colour, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. We do not currently operate a Final Sale programme. Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation before dispatch; if the order has shipped, follow the return process.
